Practical AI Consulting & Automation for Small Businesses
AI changed what’s possible for small businesses.
Local AI Group helps small and mid-sized businesses turn AI into practical, usable outcomes — without enterprise complexity, massive budgets, or a technical team.
Why Local AI Group Exists
"During my MBA at Drexel University, I had an idea.
I approached a well-known watch company with a concept — an online authentication portal for high-end peer-to-peer watch sales, where the brand itself acted as the trusted intermediary. It was a clean solution to a real problem in a market full of counterfeits and skeptical buyers.
They loved it. There was just one problem. They didn’t know how to build it. And neither did I.
A few years later, someone else figured out how to build it. That company turned the concept into a nine-figure business. I’m not telling that story to be dramatic. There are countless great ideas that never make it out of someone’s head — not because the idea isn’t good enough, but because building software has historically been expensive, technical, and out of reach for anyone without a development team behind them.
That barrier no longer exists. The rise of advanced AI tools has fundamentally changed who gets to build things.
Today, the ability to write code matters far less than the ability to clearly communicate a vision, think creatively, and ask the right questions. What once required a team of developers and tens of thousands of dollars can now be built by someone with a great idea and the right guidance.
That realization is what led me to launch Local AI Group.
I’ve spent the last 20 years at the intersection of business strategy and technology — building strategic partnerships at SAP, working with AI-native companies like Mimica, and helping organizations of all sizes turn technology into real business outcomes. I’ve seen firsthand what the right tools, implemented the right way, can do for a business.
And I’ve seen just as clearly what happens when those tools stay out of reach.
Local AI Group exists to close that gap. To help local business owners access capabilities they didn’t realize were available to them. To make sure the next great idea doesn’t sit on a shelf waiting for someone else to build it. You don’t need a technical background.
You don’t need a big budget. You need someone who understands both the technology and your business — and can bridge the two.
That’s what we do."
